| Quiraing
Lodge is a large comfortable Victorian built house, set in an acre of
garden overlooking Staffin Bay, on the Trotternish Peninular of Skye.
For 2003, we have organised 24 photography, arts,
crafts and outdoor residential workshops, with inspiring and informed
leaders and teachers, and we also offer a number of day workshops in
photography, bookbinding and creative land art, among other subjects.
Quiraing Lodge is also an excellent base for bed and
breakfast or full board accommodation both for individuals and groups.
Staffin and the Trotternish Peninsular give many great
options for visitors: excellent walking, fantastic wildlife, beautiful
views to the Outer Hebrides and the mainland. There are some fine local
restaurants and many other facilities.
Just phone, email or write for more details; or visit
the web site, where you will find lots of photos and more information.
Whether a workshop participant, an overnighter or
staying for longer, we want to make your visit a memorable one, by looking
after you as we would a member of our own family!
Sam Gardener

Sam Gardener has taught photography for many years
to all levels, and exhibited and sold his fine prints. Increasingly
he has led workshops and trips abroad, and now looks forward with his
