Quiraing Lodge closed in August 2005; the property has been sold and we are moving on to new work and adventures, which will include our own photography, and more photo workshops and tours.
The new owners of Quiraing Lodge will not be offering any workshops or accommodation in the future.
Both of us, (Sam Gardener and Suzy Gray), are still on Skye, and soon we will both have new web sites, promoting our photography and other matters.
Sam writes:
I'll have a new web site up soon for you all to see and enjoy. For the first time in some years I will be able to show and sell my work in a more considered way, as well as promoting some exciting new tours and workshops starting later this year.
Here's some recent work, informal winter landscapes from France and Skye, taken as I familiarise myself with the new Nikon D200 DSLR:

Suzy also will have her new web site up soon, and more immediately she will be exhibiting over the summer!
"Sheltered" will be shown at An Tuireann Arts Centre, Portree, Isle of Skye, from Saturday June 10th until July 29th.
Some of you will have had a sneak preview of Suzy's work photographing in and around the bus shelters on Skye, whilst staying at Quiraing Lodge. This will be the first public showing, it will include an installation piece, and it is planned to exhibit it further in Scotland.
Thanks to everybody who stayed at Quiraing Lodge with us during the 5 years we were there. There were some great workshops and other events. We had lots of fun, alongside the hard work, and met some fine people from all over the world. We will keep an archive of Quiraing Lodge on our web sites, with workshop diaries and photo stories available for everybody to see and enjoy.
